Machines on Display
Turning
Weisser Artery
The ARTERY manufactures first class surfaces and enables maximum space saving through the DIRECT-WALL-CONCEPT. Available as a highly efficient 5-axes precision turning machine and as turnmill center for autonomous, highly precise and cost efficient 6-sided complete machining.
Hardinge TALENT 51
The Hardinge TALENT Series machines offer an exceptional combination of features for accuracy, flexibility and durability in a compact design. The unique collet-ready main and sub-spindle design will increase part accuracy and improve surface finish. Proudly made in the USA with globally sourced components.
Hardinge SUPER-PRECISION T-42
Designed to produce the most challenging parts in the tool industry, the T Series SP takes the platform of the standard Hardinge TALENT series and transforms it into the one of the most accurate platforms in the world, ideal for any complex multi-tasking operations that require a high level of precision, delicate part handling, and for parts made in a single setup.
Hardinge SUPER-PRECISION QUEST CHNC42
Hardinge QUEST Series turning centers are designed for the quick changeovers you need to dramatically reduce setup and cycle times. QUEST Series machines include our patented, interchangeable top plates that you can pre-tool for a particular job or range of jobs and a world-renowned, quick-change collet-ready spindle.
Grinding
KELLENBERGER 100
The Swiss-Made KELLENBERGER 100 grinding machine is highly configurable and offers a plethora of industry-leading options to accommodate the widest range of universal grinding operations across the semiconductors, aerospace, automotive, high-end tool and die industries, and beyond.
Jones & Shipman 10
The Jones & Shipman 10 grinder is an ideal platform for production cylindrical grinding of small to midsized components.
USACH 75
The USACH 75 CNC cylindrical grinder delivers accuracy and power in a compact design for all production and/or universal small precision parts manufacturing where IDs, ODs and faces need grinding.
Milling
Bridgeport Series I Knee Mill
The original standard knee mill. With over 370,000 machines built in the past 70 years and counting, the Bridgeport Series I serves in shops and industries all over the world and satisfies the demand for an accurate, reliable, and versatile mill.
Bridgeport XR1000
The XR1000 machines are equipped with the very latest, high performance spindle technology. The XR1000 is supplied with a powerful 12,000-rpm, 25 kW direct drive spindle with higher speeds available. The directly- coupled spindle configuration reduces spindle inertia and increases accel/decel times for increased productivity. XR1000 highlights include low vibration and high power density—giving even greater rigidity and radial stiffness. The absence of drive traverse forces permits extremely high accuracy on the workpiece due to smooth, accurate spindle motion even at very low speeds.
Bridgeport V480 APC
Manufacturers with high production volumes are constantly looking for ways to improve machining capabilities with better spindle utilization. The XR800 APC allows manufactures to double their spindle utilization with the automated pallet changer compared to stand alone VMC’s. With the addition of automation manufacturers could potentially look to run lights out operations on the XR800APC.
Bridgeport XR600
Manufacturers in Job Shops look for a compact versatile VMC to manufacture small parts. The XR600 provides the small footprint high versatility and functionality they are looking for. The rigid robust design with many standard options included allow job shops the flexibility meet their customer demands across many applications.
American-Made Workholding
Replace your standard collet or three-jaw chuck with FlexC today and ramp up your productivity immediately. The modular FlexC concept enables the use of clamping heads, existing collets (type 5C / 16C) and mandrels for internal clamping, with the ability to change tools in mere seconds. By using stepped chucks, parts with large diameters can be machined with ease.
High precision parts, often constructed from advanced materials, are used in some of today’s most demanding industrial applications. The medical, aerospace, and automotive sectors depend on complex parts machined with near-perfect tolerances. Many of these components are tiny with intricate designs; part sizes usually range from 0.020-1.25”, averaging 0.75”.
American-made Forkardt workholding products offer a complete portfolio of chucks, indexers, and rotary products to optimize the efficiency and throughput of your operation. See our featured offerings at the open house event!
