Engineering Rotational Program
YOUR FUTURE IS BY DESIGN
The Engineering Rotational Program at Hardinge is an exciting opportunity to fine tune the engineering skills developed while obtaining your degree. This rotation will provide immersive experiences at multiple Hardinge locations, both nationally and internationally. The rotations will last 8 to 12 months and will consist of varied assignments within multiple engineering disciplines. Each rotation will end with presentations to senior management, engineering leaders, and other program participants. This 2-year program will conclude with a post-rotational placement curated for each program participant.

Requirements
BS or MS Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Robotics, or Software Engineering
GPA > 3.25 on a 4.0 scale
Fluent in English

The program tracks assigned during the rotation will be catered to the individual’s skillset in conjunction with business needs. In this example, there are two domestic and one international locations, each with a different assignment.
